By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Walkthrough, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be 18 or older and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Walkthrough is a mobile app provided by Lock Ten Studio LLC ("we", "our", "us") that helps custom home builders capture voice memos and photos during job-site walkthroughs, transcribe and format them into reports, and deliver the output via your existing tools (text, email, PDF, cloud storage).
We use passwordless magic-link authentication. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address tied to your account secure. Anyone with access to that email inbox can sign in to your Walkthrough account.
Each account is for one individual user. You may not share account credentials. If multiple people in your organization want to use Walkthrough, each needs their own account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
You own the content you upload (photos, voice memos, transcripts, generated reports).
By using Walkthrough you grant Lock Ten Studio LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
This license terminates when you delete the underlying content or when you close your account, except where retention is required by law.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We will not sell it, use it to train AI models, or share it with any party other than the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
Walkthrough uses third-party AI services to transcribe audio and format reports. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before using it for important communications, contracts, or decisions. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness-for-purpose of AI-generated content.
Walkthrough is offered on a per-seat subscription basis at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase (currently $24.99 per user per month, or $239.99 per user per year). On iOS, subscriptions are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase and billed to your Apple ID.
If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are governed by the store's policies. If we bill you directly (via Stripe), refund requests within 14 days of the most recent renewal will be considered in good faith.
We may change subscription pricing for future renewal periods on 30 days' notice via email.
We aim to keep Walkthrough available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the service offline for maintenance, security work, or unforeseen issues. We will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of planned downtime.
We do not offer a uptime SLA at this stage.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
AI-generated content is provided without warranty as to accuracy or completeness. See the "AI-generated output" section above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lock Ten Studio LLC and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or work product errors.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lock Ten Studio LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.
On termination, your access to the service ends immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to that venue.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, this paragraph does not override that right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify active users via email at least 30 days in advance of the change taking effect.
By continuing to use the service after the new Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lock Ten Studio LLC regarding the service. They supersede any prior agreement.
